Subsidies for vaccinations

Subsidies Available

Singaporean children are fully-subsidised for vaccinations recommended under the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule (NCIS), as well as all seven Childhood Developmental Screening (CDS) milestones. This means no out-of-pocket payment is required at CHAS-accredited clinics.

For selected vaccines not covered under NCIS, you may use your child’s Child Development Account (CDA) to help offset the cost.

Please check with our clinic staff for more information on eligibility and payment options.

Home Vaccinations

We also offer home vaccination services for added convenience – ideal for busy families, caregivers, or individuals with mobility concerns who prefer to receive care at home.

Available every Tuesday and Thursday, 1– 5pm, this service is open to residents in Singapore’s north-east region, including:
Punggol, Sengkang, Buangkok, Hougang, Kovan, Serangoon, Woodleigh, Potong Pasir, Boon Keng, and Little India.

A home service fee starting from $60 applies on top of the vaccination cost. This fee is progressively reduced for each additional person and fully waived from the 5th person onwards, making it a practical and cost-effective option for families receiving multiple vaccinations in one visit.
