The Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screen detects cancer-associated alterations in DNA fragments circulating in the blood to detect 12 early cancers. It uses sequencing technology to study the cancer signal profile and provide insights on where the circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) might have originated from. It is recommended for individuals aged 40 and above or those with an elevated cancer risk.

Health screening should be done on a regular basis. If you're generally in good health, you can consider doing a health screening once a year.
As the recommended screening frequency varies depending on your gender, age group and risk profile, please speak to your doctor for advice on the screening tests that are most suitable for you and how often you should go for health screening.
Health screening can take anywhere between 1 hour to a day to complete, depending on the number of tests done. Basic health screening typically takes around 30 minutes to 2 hours at our MediCentre.
Yes, you can opt for additional tests and services. Simply enquire with our clinic staff when booking your appointment.
Please bring your identification documents (NRIC, passport, company’s letter or staff pass) for registration. For a more accurate analysis, do also bring along any past medical reports and scan results.
If you’re doing a vision test, please bring your spectacles and do not wear contact lenses when you come for your appointment.

Try to get a good night's rest, and avoid doing any strenuous activities right before your health check-up. It is also best to refrain from alcohol and caffeinated drinks on the day of screening, as they may affect the accuracy of your test results.
Fasting may be required for certain tests such as abdomen ultrasound, glucose and cholesterol tests if you have existing medical conditions such as anaemia or high triglyceride levels.
Please abstain from food and drinks for at least 10 hours before your screening. Drinking plain water is allowed. If you’re unsure if fasting is required, please check directly with our clinic staff.

Yes, non-fasting health screening has been found to be accurate, reliable and provides comparable results to fasting health-screenings.
According to a study, minimal differences were found in test results whether individuals had fasted or not, even among patients with high cholesterol. For diabetes screening, HbA1c is also an accurate non-fasting test which measures the amount of blood sugar attached to red blood cells.
