  1. All prices stated are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST.
  2. The promotional price of $60 applies only to the following packages:
    • Eye Screening for glaucoma, cataract, or myopia
    • Bone Mineral Densitometry (DEXA scan) with GP consultation
    • Mammogram Screening with GP consultation
  3. Appointments must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
  4. All screenings and consultations must be completed in a single visit, unless otherwise advised by the clinic.
  5. Eye screening is recommended for children aged 5 years and above for myopia, and for adults aged 40 years and above for glaucoma and cataract.
  6. Bone Mineral Densitometry (DEXA scan) is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant.
  7. Mammogram screening is recommended for women aged 40 years and above, and is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  8. Parkway MediCentre reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
